Reporting to the Regional Manager, while directing two capable and dynamic Care Managers, you’ll:

  • Ensure established KPIs are met for financial, clinical, legislative, and human resources
  • Be responsible for clinical governance
  • Develop strong team relationships that effectively deliver organisational governance and priorities
  • Foster camaraderie, collaboration and inclusivity to create a collective ‘us’ within the facility
  • Build consumer and community relationships that promote the reputation of the facilities to increase and maintain ‘sweet spot’ occupancy levels

Because these facilities have such high standards, they have an enviable reputation with residents, the community, and staff alike.

You’ll require:

  • Registered Nurse AHPRA certification
  • Experience inmanaging aresidential aged care facility
  • Proven financial, HR and business management experience in the aged care sector
  • Proven experience in leading a team, staff development, performance management and facilitating positive working environments
  • Demonstrating high quality and continuous improvement in clinical care
  • Meeting accreditation and legislative standards
